Common questions

What exactly am I buying?

A physical assortment of general fasteners and, if selected, electrical supplies to keep on hand. Your work and stocking preferences determine the mix. Review the itemized sizes, quantities and price before buying. This is not a tool kit, subscription, or complete repair kit for a specific machine. Hardware arrives in labeled bags for your existing storage. Organizers are not currently offered. Electrical supplies remain in original packs or rolls.

How is this different from an off-the-shelf kit?

We combine supply families around your work and stocking preferences. You can remove a whole group you already own. A standard kit may be better value if you only need one family; this service combines the supply groups you need in one order.

Will every item fit my vehicle or machine?

No. These are general shop supplies, not exact-fit parts. Compare dimensions, grades and ratings with the application. Do not substitute shop-stock hardware for safety-critical or manufacturer-specified components.

How will shipping and returns work?

Fulfillment timing is still being finalized. Checkout remains closed until the shipping policy is approved.

The returns policy will be published before real orders open.

Can I change the contents?

Yes. Adjust the stocking level, remove supply groups, or go back and change your answers. The customized kit is repriced from its new contents. The preview does not offer individual size substitutions yet.
