Delivery & returns

My Shop Supply is operated by Calco Industries LLC. For help with an order, contact support@myshopsupply.com and include your order reference.

Delivery

We dispatch in 3–7 days and deliver within the contiguous United States. Dispatch is when we hand your shipment to the carrier, not its arrival date. Delivery is included in the displayed kit price; applicable tax appears at checkout. Suppliers ship to our assembly location, and we send you one consolidated shipment.

Payment and supply confirmation

Checkout places a temporary card hold. We charge after confirming we can supply and fulfill your order. If we cannot, we release the authorization. Your bank controls how quickly a released hold disappears. We do not substitute supplies or increase the total without your approval.

Returns

Unused hardware and electrical supplies may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. Email support before returning anything for instructions and the private return address. We do not publish a home or assembly address here.

Missing items

Missing items will be replaced. Send your order reference and identify the missing size or item so we can check the packing record and arrange the replacement.

Tracking and questions

Keep the private order link you receive after checkout. It shows order progress and shipment details as they are recorded. Do not post that link publicly. Email support if you lose it or need help.
